Song 7 : I am a small part of the World by Sally Albrecht and Jay Althouse.
Introduction:
We have performed this songat one concert so with a little rehearsal you should remember it.Pages 3 & 4
After a short piano introduction a small group of singers (some of the Sops) sing the first page and a halftill the end of the 2nd line when it says End Solo. Everybody then to the end of page 4. Sops & Altos sing the top part with the Tens and Bass singing the lower part fairly quiet.
Pages 5 & 6
At bar 16 the Sops & Altos sing short phrase followed by the Tens & Bass singing a similar phrase at the end of line 1. All parts then sing - gradually getting louder towards the end of line 2. Bar 21 starts louder in harmony. On page 6 1st 2 lines loud in harmony gradually getting quieter to the end of line 2. There is then a piano intro played quietly.

Bar 34 starts quietly with everone singing in harmony as was sung at the beginning. At the bottom of page 7 it gets louder. Page 8 1st bar increase volume. Bar42 to the bottom of the page is loud.

Page 9 bar 50 Descant sings top line to the end of page 10.Sops and Altos sing main tune in harmony with the men singing an answer each time till the bottom of page 10. Page 11 some piano chords then small group sing short phrase and the finally everone sings in harmony gradually dying away.
